A walk into a lost world... We will stroll along Kantstraße and reach the former home of Mascha Kaléko via Savignyplatz. Discover with me the old image of the city from the 20s and 30s.The life story of Mascha Kaléko is closely linked to this city tour. Her melancholic yet cheerful poems accompany us. On the basis of her biography, which is so emblematic of what Berlin used to be and could have become if the Nazis hadn't unleashed hell, we will relive the Berlin of the 1920s and early 1930s. You will also learn details about the Delphi Dance Palace, the Theater des Westens and the former Wilde Bühne, the Künstlerhaus St. Lucas, the synagogue in Fasanenstraße, Savignyplatz and Bleibtreustraße.
